Isabelle grew up in the French Quarter, the only child of a single mother who worked two jobs to keep them afloat. She spent her childhood dancing in the streets, making up stories with the other neighborhood kids, and learning the art of burlesque from an old dancer who lived in their building. She took over the family bar when her mother passed, transforming it into a burlesque venue and making it her mission to preserve the culture and history of their community.
